good old days are back
it’s been a while i haven’t posted anything here. the reason was because i was hoping to redesign my own version of mb’s world but didn’t have much time. the concept is there but still need to learn some photoshop effects to match what i have in mind. anyways, that’s now what this post is about. this post is about going back to the good old days. yes, my friends, which is the gym in the early morning.
going to the gym in the early morning is one of the best feelings out there.
some of the advantages are:
- burn more fat when you go on empty stomach
- feel fresh the whole day
- more productive throughout the day
- have a better shape
- feel much better
i use to that a year and a half ago. But stopped as soon as i got to Dubai due to the new lifesteyle and all. but now, after moving to the new apartment and finishing a lot of pending duties, i don’t have any more excuses for not hitting the gym in the morning. even though i hate coffee, all it takes is one espresso shot to do the job. gives you enough energy to workout hard.

it’s almost 1:30 AM now and i should get some rest to lift some weight @ 7:00 AM.
